Orange Pork Chops in Crock Pot

Ingredients:
6 pork chops
3 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon garlic
3 fresh mandarin oranges (no peel) cut up in to 1/2 slice pieces
Juice of 1 fresh mandarin orange

Put pork chops into your crockpot. In a small bowl, combine all other ingredients. Spoon over pork chops. Cover and cook on low for about 8 hours, or on high for about 4.

Adapted from this original recipe: http://crockpot365.blogspot.com/2009/01/orange-apricot-pork-chops-in-crockpot.html

*Super flavorful & pork chops were really tender.

I'm trying this dish today. I had a large can of mandarin oranges I wanted to use up and searched for a recipe that would go with crock pot pork chops. I added one small habanero pepper to create a sweet and hot dish. I used powered garlic because your recipe didn't specify whether it require fresh minced garlic or powered garlic. Maybe you could clarify that in your recipe.
